Your FantaZia "Worry-Free Shopping" guarantee for a refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your items upon receipt, you may return them to us within 30 days of receiving them.

To return your items, you must submit a return request. To do so, go to My orders section:

1. Select the items you wish to return from the relevant order.

2. State the reason for the return and click "Create a return".

3. You will receive a return authorization email ("En attente") within 48 business hours.
You will then be able to access the "My return" section in your account to print the return document to include in your parcel (or write your return number and the name used for the order on a sheet of paper).

Without this document, your return cannot be processed.

Items must be returned with their tags and any accessories, in perfect resale condition; clean, unwashed and unworn except for trying on, properly folded and packaged.

NB: To all happy pet owners, please watch out for pet hair! As soft as it may be, it does not add any value to returned items...

Please remove any pet hair from the garments before returning them.

We do not provide return labels. Return postage costs are your responsibility, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

You can return your parcel via Mondial Relay (only for Espana, Belgium, Portugal and Netherlands) or send it by postal service :

• Via Mondial Relay: to create your shipping label, go to their website, section "Send a parcel".

After entering the parcel weight, make sure to select "My delivery method" as "Pickup point" (not a Locker).

If the conditions above are met, you will be refunded the price paid for the returned items (excluding delivery charges).

Your refund will be issued via the original payment method used for your order (or as store credit if requested) within a maximum of 15 days after receipt of your parcel.
