If you are not completely satisfied with your items upon receipt, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.

To make a return, please fill in the returns form by accessing your order history from your account.

  • Here are the details of the returns procedure:

1. Access your order history by logging into your account with your login and password.

2. Click on"Order details/Carry out a return" for the order containing the product(s) you wish to return.

3. Select the item(s) concerned by ticking the box next to their name(s) and entering the quantity.

4. Mention the reason for return and your choice (refund request according to original payment method OR credit note). If you do not indicate your choice, you will be reimbursed.

5. Once this form has been completed, click on "Generate a return".

6. You will receive an e-mail authorizing your return ("Awaiting parcel") within 48 working hours. You can then access the "My current returns" section in your account to print (or copy onto plain paper) the return slip to enclose with your parcel.

7. Click on the relevant returns number to display all the information you need to return your goods at the bottom of the page.

ATTENTION: All items must be returned in their original condition, with label, unwashed and unworn beyond fitting.
N.B. For all our animal friends, beware of fur! They do not add value to the returned item, however soft they may be!

  • To avoid loss, we advise you to return the goods by Colissimo (delivery without signature) to SARL FANTAZIA - 1 rue Adolphe Tavernier - BP 30075 - 76300 SOTTEVILLE-LES-ROUEN (FRANCE).
  • You can also use Mondial Relay or Relais Colis to return your parcel EXCLUSIVELY to this address: AVIA - avenue Aristide Briand - 76000 ROUEN (FRANCE).
    We do not provide return labels. Return postage costs are at the customer's expense, as specified in our GCS. For shipment by Mondial Relay or Relais colis, please go to the carrier's website to create your postage label. Returns are processed every Tuesday.
