FantaZia ships the same day anywhere in the world, if ordered before 3pm (excluding weekends and public holidays)! For the sake of the planet, we recommend La Poste, the only carrier that guarantees carbon-neutral deliveries.

Within 24 hours, you'll receive notification of the dispatch of your order by email, with a tracking link (also available in your Account).

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, youcan request a refund up to 30 days after delivery.

For Europe, shipping costs start at €8, whatever the quantity ordered. Free delivery for orders over €160, so remember to group orders with friends and family. Delivery is by Colissimo La Poste: your parcel will arrive at your door within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery by Mondial Relay is available for certain European countries.

For other destinations (DOM-TOM and countries outside Europe), shipping is also free for orders over €160, and the parcel is delivered to you within 7 to 15 working days.

Your products will be posted with totally recycled FantaZia paper bags: they are made from recycled newspapers by underprivileged Nepalese women in association with the local NGO TOIT, providing them with a supplementary income.

Similarly, to protect the environment, we almost exclusively use re-used cardboard packaging, and we don't issue paper catalogs or invoices (to be found in your FantaZia Account).
